This is a private, fee-for-service transport provider. You pay for the ride either privately out-of-pocket, or through your NDIS funding (Self-Managed or Plan-Managed). We provide clear quotes prior to confirming any booking.

Yes. The Kia Carnival is equipped with a heavy-duty ramp system and secure tie-downs that safely accommodate most standard and electric wheelchairs.

We provide clear, compliant invoices after the service is completed. If you are Self-Managed or Plan-Managed, you can process the invoice using the standard NDIS transport item codes.

Absolutely. The vehicle seats up to 4 passengers in total (3 standard seats plus the dedicated wheelchair space), so companions and carers are very welcome at no extra cost to the base vehicle rate.
